When it comes to activating your account, you want to get set up quickly so you can start accepting payments right away.
If you need support to set up, review the information in your Welcome kit and below. You can also schedule any training you may need.

If you are already a customer, all you need to start accepting payments online is a separate merchant number – just contact our support team and we'll get you started accepting credit and debit cards quickly and easily.

As a Chase merchant, you’ll be able to access your merchant account online. Our online tools allow you to view your account information related to funding, transactions, chargebacks, deposits and other statement information.
Resource Online (ROL) is our online reporting tool that gives you access to both separate and consolidated views of your payment processing activity online. Signing up for ROL give you access to estatements – a great tool to manage your account.
Receiving Your Funds
Chase will remit funds due for the payment cards you accept with us to the business bank account you designate with us.
