Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities

At Chase Merchant Services we believe in equal opportunity and are committed to the accessibility initiatives of the Ontario Government through The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR).

Creating an inclusive environment for our diverse communities of employees and customers is a key priority for the firm. We are proud of the progress we're making to better accommodate those with disabilities. This is reflected through our four-pronged approach to disability inclusion which is a combination of:

  • Attitude
  • Accessibility
  • Accommodations, and
  • Assimilation

It's an exciting time in our organization. The more we hold ourselves personally accountable to act with an inclusive philosophy and mindset – by embedding the priority of accommodations and accessibility into the way we think, strategize and conduct business every day – the more able are we to deliver strong business results for our customers and our firm.

We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and working to meet accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
